Exercising does NOT work.
And it's because your body is sabotaging you.

So imagine you’re trying to lose some weight.

Everybody knows that all you gotta do is burn more than you consume… easy right?
So you do this… consistently for a long time…

Who walk an average of 9 kilometers a day, hunting animals, collecting water, stuff like that.
Who do you think burns more calories?

You both burn pretty much… the exact same!

See, your body does this weird thing where, depending on how much you exercise you do, it adjusts how much energy it burns.
Meaning you could just be sitting around ALL day and you will burn pretty much the exact same amount of calories as the ultra active Hadza people.

And this isn't just a genetic quirk of the Hadza, it's true for EVERY human!
This is possible to overcome, though…
If you tryhard and exercise like crazy, without eating more, you WILL start to lose weight.

But it doesn't last long.
Eventually, your body starts adapting and burns fewer and fewer calories each day.
